Personal Profile:

Born in the lap of high Himalayas, Lakpa Nurbu Sherpa grew up observing the genetic obsession of the Sherpa. He began his climbing career at an early age when he would follow his leaders as a porter and travel along the Himalayan zone of Nepal. He likewise went on to several trekking and climbing expeditions finally establishing himself as a Professional guide certificated by Nepal Government and Nepal Mountaineering Association a few years after. As of now, he has summited several peaks including Mt. Everest, Mt. Cho Oyu, Mt.Amadablam, Mt. Annapurna IV, Island Peak, Pisang Peak, Mera Peak, etc. He is an accomplished and vastly experienced climbing guide trained extensively on high altitude environment and First aid treatment.
