Overview

Renjo La is lately released trekking destination for the adventure seekers. It lies on the popular Everest region just above Thame village (village of famous Everest summiteers), on the way to Nagpa La pass entire route to Tibet before Nangpa La. The pass is quite challenging that may require some basic mountaineering skills and equipment depending on weather conditions.

Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu; transfer to the Hotel

Day 02 : Sight seeing around Kathmandu valley

Day 03 : Fly to Lukla (2800-meter); trek to Phakding (2600-meter), overnight at tented camp/ lodge.

Day 04 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 05 : Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar (3440-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 06 : Trek to Thame (3800-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 07 : Acclimatization at Thame village (3800-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 08 : Trek to Marulung (4150-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 09 : Trek to Arye (4450-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 10 : Trek to Lunag (5070-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 11 : Trek to Sumna (4910-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 12 : Trek to Renjo Lake, overnight at tented camp.

Day 13 : Trek to Gokyo (5740-meter) after crossing Renjo La pass (5345 meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 14 : Trek to Machhermo (4410-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 15 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440-meter), overnight at tented camp.

Day 16 : Trek to Lukla (2800-meter), overnight at tented camp/lodge.

Day 17 : Fly back to Kathmandu

Day 18 : Rest at Kathmandu

Day 19 : Departure on your own destination
