Crossing of Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755 m) is the most challenging act to do during Rolwaling Trek Optional trip in Nepal. After acclimatization rest in Na journey heads towards Tsho Rolpa Ice Lake. This is also considered as the most vulnerable lake of Nepal which is on the verge of outbursts. However, the possible danger is under control now. After such iconic place trekkers will head to cross the Tashi Lapcha Pass. On the other side of this daunting high pass Thame Valley is situated. This village is also called as the village of Mt. Everest Summiteers. This village is located in the route of Everest Three High Passes Trek as well. Make sure you stroll around the village and gather stories of Everest expedition as well. Finally trip ends at Lukla passing by Namche Bazaar and Phakding.

Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu, transfer to hotel

After we land at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be greeted by our Nepali representatives who will also explain us about our trek. After the clarification, we are sent to our respective hotels to stay a night.

Day 02 : Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley, overnight at hotel

After our breakfast, we will go for the sightseeing Tour to Swayambhunath Stupa, where you can see lots of monkeys and a beautiful view of Kathmandu Valley. This matured stupa is also known as Monkey Temple. After that, we will be visiting Boudhanath Stupa, second biggest Stupa in the world & Pashupatinath Temple, famous Hindu Temple as well. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 03 : Drive to Dolakha, overnight at tented camp

We will drive from Kathmandu to Dolakha today all the way through the Bhotekoshi and Sunkoshi River, taking around seven hours. We will pass the picturesque villages and magnificent mountain views as well as pleasing landscapes and terraced pastures. Dolakha is a village that spreads out of the peak flank, Bhimsen Nath, a Hindu temple lies in the middle of the village. Overnight in Dolakha at tented camp.

Day 04 : Trek to Ratmate, overnight at tented camp

Day 05 : Trek to Pikhuti Bazaar, overnight at tented camp

Day 06 : Trek to Singati, overnight at tented camp

Today our trail moves ahead from Pikhuti Bazaar and passes through gravel way crossing the number of villages of mixed group of people. Also, you have to go across the numerous streams and woods with a range of rhododendron, orchid and other natural plant life. Overnight at Singati.

Day 07 : Trek to Khare, overnight at tented camp

Day 08 : Trek to Gongar (Jagat), overnight at tented camp

After going across Koshi River, today we will climb to Dhunge Patti for around an hour and after that walk to Pisker (1760m) through Aklaigaon. We will have our lunch at Pisker and then move to Jaljale. Go up for around an hour again to reach at Dang Jhale (2450m) then ultimately you will reach Jagat. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 09 : Trek to Simi Gaon, overnight at tented camp

Today, we will trek from Jagat to Simigaon (2020m.) taking around seven and half hours. In the beginning the path follows flat route after that it moves up and down through the forest. Number of villages comes on our way. Steeply making way up to Simigaon, we will reach at a village occupied by few Hindus and Buddhists. Overnight at Simigaon.

Day 10 : Trek to Daldung La, overnight at tented camp

We leave Simigaon and move down by a gentle slope and trek around the ridge by ascending up the steep stony steps. Now we go into the forested area on the edge, with some rising and falling path, very close to the Rolwaling River. After that, we again have steep way up through the woody area with glance of Gaurishankar and after the steep climb, the trail reaches to Daldung-La. Overnight in Daldung La at tented camp.

Day 11 : Trek to Beding, overnight at tented camp

From Daldung La, it takes around 5 hours walk from Daldung La to reach Beding (3653m). As soon as we reach at Beding we set our camp to relax. Overnight at tented camp in Beding.

Day 12 : Trek to Na, overnight at tented camp

Today we will move to Na leaving Beding, a summer meadow on a plain under the gigantic Kang Nachugo (6735 m). It is one of the superb camping places that offers great vistas of Chobutse (6689 m). Overnight at tented camp in Na.

Day 13 : Rest at Na for acclimatization, overnight at tented camp

We have a day rest at Na Gaun today after a long day travel the day before. And also in order to properly acclimatize at the high altitude, we relax today. Alternatively, you can go around for sightseeing at Na Gaun. Overnight at tented camp in Na Gaun.

Day 14 : Trek to Tso Rolpa Ice Lake, overnight at tented camp

We leave Na village and go across the wooden bridge over the Rolwaling River. Now our way have a slightly vertical ascent and will observe several types of edelweiss budding in this area. We will be trekking in between two glaciers and go into the ablation valley and then very quickly see the Tsho Rolpa ice Lake. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 15 : Trek to Glacier Kharka, overnight at tented camp

Day 16 : Trek to Nakle after crossing Tashi Lapcha pass, overnight at tented camp

Day 17 : Trek to Thengpo, overnight at tented camp

Day 18 : Trek to Thame, overnight at guesthouse 

Day 19 : Trek to Namche Bazaar, overnight at guesthouse 

Today, we will walk beside the river and, after coming across we make our way up through birch and rhododendron forest to Tengboche. From Tengboche, we move down to the bridge above the Dudhkoshi at Phunki Tenga and then we return back to Namche. We walk for around 5 hours. Tonight at guest house in Namche.

Day 20 : Trek to Lukla, overnight at guesthouse 

Following the track; we arrive at Lukla scaling different Sherpa villages crossing a suspension bridge above Thado Kosh. For about 45 minutes, we go up to accomplish the whole trail and we reconfirm flight ticket and see off to local porters.

Day 21 : Fly to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel

Following the track; we arrive at Lukla scaling different Sherpa villages crossing a suspension bridge above Thado Koshi. For about 45 minutes, we go up to accomplish the whole trail and we reconfirm flight ticket and see off to local porters

Day 22 : Leisure day in Kathmandu, overnight at hotel

Today, our day is separated to do our own stuffs such as shopping in Kathmandu or if we want, we can even stay in our Hotels and rest for the whole day. Tonight, we will be spending our night at the same Hotel

Day 23 : Transfer to airport, departure on your own destination

Today, after the breakfast, we are transferred to Kathmandu airport for our final departure.
