Itinerary of Mount Shishapangma Expedition I in Detail

Days 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.

Days 02 : Stay in Kathmandu for visa procedure.

Days 03 : Stay in Kathmandu for visa procedure.

Days 04 : Stay in Kathmandu for visa procedure.

Days 05 : Fly to Lhasa (3750m)

Days 06 : Lhasa: visit Drepung and Sera monasteries (3750m)

Days 07 : Lhasa: visit Potala, Jhokhang, and Bharkhor Market.

Days 08 : Free day in Lhasa

Days 09 : Drive to Xigatse (3900m)

Days 10 : Drive to Xegar (4350m)

Days 11 : Drive to Shisapangma Base camp (4700m)

Days 12-14 : Sishapangma Base camp

Days 15 : Base Camp to Advanced Base camp

Days 16 : At Advanced base camp

Days 17-36 : Climbing period

Days 37 : Back to Shisapangma base camp

Days 38 : Cleaning Base camp

Days 39 : Drive to Nyalam

Days 40 : Drive Nyalam to Kathmandu; transfer to the Hotel

Days 41-43 : Rest day in Kathmandu.

Days 44 : Departure from Kathmandu
