The most and fantastic trek to explore unique as well as the exotic and outlandish experience of Bhutanese rural culture is Bumthang valley and its rural life.

Unique Adventure International offers this trip to travel the beautiful field – Bumthang of Bhutan. Bumthang consists of the four mountain valleys of Ura, Chumey, Tang and Choekhor ("Bumthang"), although occasionally the entire district is referred to as Bumthang valley. Bumthang, being the religious heartland, has a distinct religious value among Bhutanese and the whole Buddhist.  Jambey Lhakhang and Kurje Lhakhag are the cultural and historical sites of the region.

Jambey Lhakang is one of 108 monasteries built by the Tibetan King, Songtsen Gampo during 7th Century. Kurje Lhakhang comprises of three temples. Tamshing Lhakhang was founded in 1501 and holds old religious paintings inside it. Jakar Dzong which was initially constructed as a monastery in 1549 but currently is the administrative centre of the region.

Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Arrival at Paro, transfer to hotel.

Day 02 : Hike to Taktsang monastery, overnight at lodge.

Day 03 : Drive to Thimpu, overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Drive to Wangduephodrang, overningt at camp.

Day 05 : Drive to Trongsa and continue to Bhumthang, overningt at camp.

Day 06 : Sightseeing at Bhumthang, overnight at camp.

Day 07 : Trek to Ngang Lhakhang, overnight at camp.

Day 08 : Trek to Ugyenchholing, overnight at camp.

Day 09 : Trek to Mebartsho, overnight at camp.

Day 10 : Drive to Wangduephodrang, overnight at camp.

Day 11 : Drive to Paro, overnight at camp.

Day 12 : Transfer to airport and departure to your own destination.
